Why we do what we do

KreativMag is the place where everyday ideas turn into small adventures. We believe that entertainment and creativity are not a niche, but an attitude – for everyone who wants to think life more colorfully.

Curiosity as a driving force Every post starts with a real question: What happens when you turn an old shelf into a plant wall? Or live a week without a screen? We test, try, and share the results – without the pressure of perfection.

Community before algorithm Our content is created in dialogue with the community. You help decide which trends we examine, which DIY projects we try, and which stories are told. No click numbers, but real conversations.

Sustainability in small things Whether upcycling decor or seasonal recipes: every idea here relates to everyday life and the environment. We show how small changes can make a big difference – without a raised finger, but with plenty of joy in trying things out.

Courage to be imperfect Not every experiment succeeds right away. We also document the lopsided pottery, the failed smoothie bowls, and the rained-out picnics. Because that's exactly where the best stories and the most authentic tips come from.

Our Story

From Idea to Movement

What began as a small blog in 2018 is now a vibrant platform for creative minds and trendsetters. Every step was marked by curiosity, courage, and the will to rethink entertainment.

2018

The First Issue

Niklas Roth starts the blog "KreativMag" with a handful of articles on DIY and urban culture. The response is overwhelming – within three months, the site reaches 10,000 readers.

2019

Community Grows

We open a forum and invite the first guest authors. Isabel Rauter writes her famous series on street food in Berlin, which remains among the most-read posts to this day.

2020

New Formats

During the pandemic, we discover the podcast. "KreativTalk" quickly becomes a companion for those seeking inspiration and exchange. At the same time, we launch the first digital workshop.

2021

Editorial Team Grows

Mr. Raphael Strasser B.A. takes over the leadership of the "Lifestyle & Trends" section. Lea Stern brings fresh perspectives from the sustainability scene. The team now has five permanent members.

2023

Award and Outlook

Our magazine receives the "German Content Award" in the entertainment category. The readership exceeds 250,000 monthly. We are planning the first live event series for 2024.

Our Profile

For those who like life colorful

We are a small team of editors, creatives, and trend scouts. Our mission: entertainment with attitude, inspiration without a raised index finger, and a magazine as vibrant as the community behind it. Whether DIY, street food, or digital detox – we write for curious people who are eager for real stories.

1

Creativity as a driving force

We believe that good ideas are everywhere – in old jam jars, in a new sauce, or in the silence after turning off your phone. Our magazine shows how to find them and develop them further.

Make more of what's there.
2

Honest and approachable

No glossy promises, but real experiences. We test trends ourselves, ask questions, try things out – and sometimes fail. We share that just as much as the successes.

No filters, only perspectives.
3

Community at the center

Our magazine lives from the stories of our readers. Do you have an idea, a recipe, or a question? Write to us – we'll turn it into an article. Because entertainment only works together.

Your voice counts.
4

Think sustainably, live lightly

Whether upcycling decor or conscious consumption: we show how small changes in everyday life can make a big difference – without pressure, but with plenty of practical tips.

Less baggage, more joy.
5

Understand trends, don't chase them

We observe the streets, kitchens, and living rooms of this world. Instead of chasing every hype, we filter out what truly lasts and enriches.

What matters tomorrow, we recognize today.
